The other masseuse was said to have used her elbows for the majority of the massage, a technique that was not appreciated by the husband.

The couple also noted that the massage technique was too fast and repetitive, with the masseuses focusing on the same areas over and over again. They also pointed out that the masseuses seemed to lack a basic understanding of anatomy, as they repeatedly pressed down on bones instead of muscles. The absence of music and the constant chatter between the masseuses added to the discomfort of the experience. The couple's discomfort was further heightened when they were asked for a tip while they were still undressed. When they tried to voice their concerns to the owner, they were met with an unsatisfactory response. The owner simply said he would ask the masseuse to cut her nails. The couple strongly advised against visiting this parlour.

Another couple had a similarly unpleasant experience at the same massage parlour. They had chosen the parlour based on five positive comments they had read. The woman had requested a head and neck massage, while the man had opted for a full body massage. They were led to separate floors, with the woman being one floor up and the man two floors above. The rooms were described as being in poor condition, with mattresses on the floor and temperatures in the 30s. The woman's confusion turned to fear when a male masseuse began massaging her calves. Fortunately, her boyfriend came looking for her after being left in a room that he described as a "sweat box" with a dirty mattress and a shower in the corner. The couple quickly left the parlour, questioning its legitimacy.

However, not all experiences at this massage parlour were negative. One individual found it to be a nice place, especially after a long flight. They recommended the foot massage, which they found to be very good. The parlour was also conveniently located close to the Sheraton Royal Orchid Hotel.

Another visitor had a positive experience at the parlour, praising the service and the quality of the massage. They found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, and felt good after the massage. They even planned to return in October. Despite the negative experiences of some, it seems that this massage parlour does have its fans.
