The diving operation is a top-notch, safe, and professional establishment that caters to everyone, from beginners to experienced divers. The Dive Masters lead small groups, even including those who have never dived before, introducing them to the wonders of the underwater world. They are equipped with a compressed air machine onboard their boat for filling tanks, and they provide first-class equipment and excellent instructions.One of the instructors, Sam, is particularly adept at helping beginners. He helped a novice diver enjoy three dives, teaching her basic skills and guiding her through all conditions. She was safe and well looked after, and her companion also had a great time. Eloise, the tour group leader, and the boat crew were incredibly efficient and supportive. The diving package also included a proper breakfast, a hearty lunch, and snacks and drinks throughout the day. The cost for two divers to do three dives each was $300 USD.
Many have shared their amazing experiences with the diving operation. One couple completed a three-day diving course and had a blast. On the first day, their instructor Frank taught them important skills in the pool, where they practiced for half a day. On the second and third days, they dived in open water, practicing their skills deep in the ocean. They found the team to be highly professional and the experience unforgettable, promising to return for an advanced open water course.
Even those who don't know how to swim have had excellent experiences with their first scuba diving adventure. The instructors, like Frank, are patient and make their students feel safe and confident underwater.
The diving operation is also perfect for couples. One couple, where one partner hadn't been active in over four years and the other had never tried diving, had a wonderful and professional experience. Their diving instructor Frank was friendly and made them feel safe immediately. He ensured they had time to swim together and take pictures, always staying close enough to make them feel safe and looked after. They had three dives during the day and found it to be an amazing experience.
Frank is known for keeping his promises. If he promises to show you a seahorse, he will find it even if it's on a leisure trip to a neighboring coral. If he expects to meet turtles, he will show you his and let you find your own too. And if sharks are shy, just follow his finger and you will see them as well.
The diving operation provides excellent service. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the whole experience is incredibly smooth and effortless. It's worth noting that it doesn't matter where you're staying on the island. The minibus ride is already included in the price, so you can book your stay at the place that appeals most to you.
The dive shop is friendly and welcoming. One family did a walk-in and met Will and his family. They recommended a trip that allowed the parents to dive and still have time to look after their young daughter. During the dives, the instructor took photos and offered to email them. The family had a good day and experience, and they would definitely go again with them if they were in Patong.
