Absolute Yoga & Pilates, Thailand's largest yoga centre, has been a pioneer in the yoga community of Southeast Asia since 2002. With its first hot yoga studio in Thailand, it has expanded to nine studios throughout Bangkok, one in Koh Samui, and the newest addition in Phuket. The centre also specialises in Pilates reformer and core blast programs, offering a diverse range of fitness options for its patrons.

However, some visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with their experiences.
