The journey began with a smooth airport pickup, where a representative was waiting to whisk the family away to their hotel. The convenience of having someone waiting at the airport was a great start to the trip. However, the full-day tour organized with the company was not as impressive. The driver seemed more interested in taking them to recommended places rather than the spots they had chosen. There was also a bit of a disagreement over the price of a trip to the islands, which led them to book with another company that offered a better price and more tour options. It was clear that the company's customer service needed some improvement.Despite the initial hiccups, the family's holiday in Phuket was made stress-free thanks to Adam, who they had contacted from the UK. Adam arranged everything from airport transfers to day trips, ensuring that the family didn't have to worry about booking any tours during their two-week stay. All the trips were first-class and were arranged at a good price. The family was particularly impressed with the transfer from Patong back to Phuket for their early morning flight home. They highly recommended Adam's services.
Adam and Amanda, who were recommended by family, looked after the family exceptionally well. They arranged everything from airport transfers to day trips and bookings for every tour and show experience the family wanted. The family enjoyed jet ski riding, parasailing, Phi Phi Island tours, a private longtail boat to James Bond Island and surrounds, Old Phuket Town, Big Buddha, the temples at Wat Chalong, and more, all arranged by Amanda and Adam. The family was so impressed with their services that they added them to their family travel chat group in Messenger to keep in touch and quickly make tour plans.
One of the highlights of the trip was a tour around Phuket with Adam. The couple had the opportunity to visit all the must-do things in Phuket, with just them and Adam in his comfortable car. They appreciated the flexibility of being able to stop whenever they wanted and walk around for as long as they wanted. They found Adam to be a very good and safe driver and highly recommended him.
Another memorable experience was swimming with elephants, which was arranged by Adam. After finding Adam's page online, he quickly organized the trip. The couple was picked up in a clean, comfortable car and taken to a private beach to enjoy the elephants. Adam took beautiful photos of them, and the drive back was also very good. They were so impressed with Adam's services that they wished they had booked all their tours with him.
Adam and his wife have been providing excellent service for years, always ensuring that their clients are happy and safe. Their Phi Phi Island tour and James Bond Island tour are great days out, and their airport shuttle is super reliable and cheap. They are always on time and always smiling, making them highly recommended.
Adam and his wife were also recommended on a Facebook page. They were booked for transfers from and to the airport and were instantly liked for their good English. They arranged amazing tours at great prices and were always ready to help. The couple found Adam and his wife to be lovely people and considered them friends for life. They were so impressed with their services that they booked them again the following year. They appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to make their holiday amazing.
