Each two-hour training session at Ali’s Boxing Gym includes one-on-one time with trainers, bag work, sparring, grappling, and warm-up and warm-down sessions.
While the majority of the gym's attendees are serious fighters honing their skills and techniques for weekly fights, the gym also welcomes those who are not necessarily looking to step into the ring. Around 15% of the gym's attendees are individuals who see the training as an excellent way to improve their health and fitness.
