The quantity of food prepared is so abundant that participants often end up taking leftovers home. The class is highly recommended for its quality and value for money.

The class can be conveniently booked through local hotels. Participants learn to make a variety of dishes including spring rolls, Pad Thai, red and green curry paste, Panaeng, Khao Soi, Tom yun Goong, and more. The class size is small, often with only three participants, which adds a personal touch to the learning experience. The teacher is fluent in English and is always ready to assist if a participant doesn't understand something. The class is a must-do activity for anyone with a free day in Chiang Mai.

The class begins with participants being picked up from their guesthouse and taken to the cooking school. The leftovers are enough for dinner and even lunch the next day. The location of the garden and house is close to the city but very calm, and there is no air pollution.
