The cooking class is a delightful experience where one can learn to cook authentic Thai food in a simple yet delicious manner. The teacher is passionate about cooking and imparts her knowledge with enthusiasm and dedication. The day is spent at the home of the hosts, Noi and Harry, where participants learn to make a variety of Thai dishes, seven in total. The quantity of food prepared is so abundant that participants often end up taking leftovers home. The class is highly recommended for its quality and value for money.

The class can be conveniently booked through local hotels. Participants learn to make a variety of dishes including spring rolls, Pad Thai, red and green curry paste, Panaeng, Khao Soi, Tom yun Goong, and more. The class size is small, often with only three participants, which adds a personal touch to the learning experience. The teacher is fluent in English and is always ready to assist if a participant doesn't understand something. The class is a must-do activity for anyone with a free day in Chiang Mai.

The class begins with participants being picked up from their guesthouse and taken to the cooking school. The journey to the market is often made in a motorcycle sidecar, adding a fun element to the experience. The rest of the day is spent in the company of Noi, the cook, who is an amazing lady with a knack for making participants feel comfortable. The cooking process is easy and enjoyable, with participants cooking and eating until they can eat no more. The leftovers are taken home to be enjoyed the next day.

Noi is an excellent teacher whose motto is 'easy and delicious'. She teaches participants how to make a variety of dishes, including beautiful spring rolls. The class is also more affordable compared to other cooking classes in the area. The cooking class is highly recommended by happy cooks from all over the world, including New Zealand.

The cooking class is a marvelous experience. Participants cook a variety of dishes in a nice place under the guidance of a nice person. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. The cooking book provided is easy to understand, enabling participants to recreate the dishes at home. The class is also the least expensive cooking class found in Chiang Mai.

The class is highly recommended. Noi is a fabulous woman and an amazing cook who is passionate about teaching. She encourages participants to take pictures of every single step of the cooking process. However, participants are advised not to have breakfast before the class as they will be full within two courses. The last course is often packed for takeaway. The leftovers are enough for dinner and even lunch the next day. The location of the garden and house is close to the city but very calm, and there is no air pollution.
