However, some guests have noted that the spa's choice of funky pop music, rather than traditional spa music, can be a bit jarring. Despite this, the spa is easily accessible via the Skytrain at the Chong Nonsi stop, making it a convenient choice for both locals and tourists.
The spa's staff are professional, friendly, and highly skilled at their jobs. Therapists such as Kwan, Joy, Or, Aor, Mona, and Ao have been particularly praised for their excellent service.
