If the clothes don't fit...
I visited this establishment in-person and purchased 2 suits and 4 shirts at a total of ~£600 (24,000 baht). They took my measurements in-person and we had a thorough discussion on sizing. I also had my first fitting here.
Nevertheless, when the items were shipped to me in England, NONE OF THEM FIT. I could not wear a single one, as is shown in the photos. The sleeves were too tight and too short, and items were tight elsewhere.
The merchant agreed that if I sent the items back, they would solve the issue. Since then, they have claimed that customs demand an extra 9000 baht fee that I must pay, and they have stopped responding to me.
I am now going through a process with my bank to attempt to receive a refund, as I never received the items promised.

The Bangkok Fashion Centre has a great sense of new design in fashion and does a great job.
The Bangkok Fashion Centre is a go-to place for regular customers as well. One patron has been buying his business outfits and black tie event suits from there for the past 12 years. The quality is second to none, and the service is highly recommended. Even after moving from Singapore back to the UK, the patron stays in touch with the establishment via WhatsApp, and payment is done via PayPal.
The Bangkok Fashion Centre has been providing amazing suits and service for over a decade. One patron was fitted with beautiful tailor-made suits on a business trip to Thailand nine years ago. The suits lasted for years, and he recently ordered new ones via mail. The establishment still had his information and chatted with him over video to get his updated measurements. They even sent him a test suit via mail to ensure the new suits would fit right. The patron highly recommends the Bangkok Fashion Centre for their commitment to long-term relationships and clients.
