BeachClub@Pai is an outdoor venue that offers a unique blend of relaxation and fun. It features a large 50-meter pool equipped with obstacles, a volleyball court, pool tables, badminton, and petanque/boule. The pool bar serves a variety of cocktails and drinks, along with homemade burgers, chicken nuggets, and sandwiches. For those who prefer to bask in the sun, there's a large grass area, while shady lounges provide a cool spot for those who prefer to chill out and relax. The venue also hosts DJ and live music events, with a pool party every Saturday.

However, some visitors have reported a less than stellar experience. One visitor recounted an afternoon visit where they found only one small inflatable in the pool and a couple of men cleaning the pool. There was no music playing and no other visitors seemed to be present. The visitor had to approach a man, who they assumed was the owner, to inquire about the pool and slides. The man informed them that the government required four lifeguards on duty for the slides, so he had taken them away. The visitor expressed disappointment, noting that the venue had the potential to be a fun place to drink, swim, and eat.

On the other hand, many visitors have had a fantastic time at BeachClub@Pai. One visitor praised the owner, Beat, for his laid-back attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, including picking them up from the town on their first day. The accommodation was described as simple but clean, and the huge pool with its inflatable assault course was a highlight. Another group of friends who stayed at the venue in July 2018 also had a positive experience. They were impressed by the cleanliness of the tents, toilets, showers, and kitchen, and the massive pool that was cleaned daily. The owner, Bete, was praised for his hospitality, including offering to take them into town whenever they wanted to go.

Another visitor, who arrived at the venue before their friends, initially worried that they had booked the wrong place as there seemed to be no other backpackers around. However, their concerns were allayed in the evening when other visitors checked in. They found the staff to be friendly and helpful, despite some not speaking much English. They also appreciated the laundry service, which was done within hours and at a more reasonable price than in town. The owner, Pete, was commended for picking up food for them when the venue had stopped serving food and for dropping them off at the bus station at 6 am without charging.

However, not all experiences have been positive. One visitor reported being shouted at by the owner and threatened with the police over a misunderstanding about an order. They also claimed that their travel partners became violently sick after visiting the venue, either from the visibly dirty water or from the sub-par food served.
