The shop is highly recommended for anyone looking to pursue their scuba certifications or just looking to go out on some fun dives.
Big Blue offers pristine diving experiences with a fantastic team. The dive sites around Koh Tao are well cared for and offer a huge abundance of marine life. The team of Divemasters is especially good at finding Nudibranch, a type of marine mollusk. The equipment is well maintained and of a high standard. The dive shop and beachside restaurant have a great community feel and offer stunning sunset views. The shop is planning to return to Koh Tao in 2021 and will definitely be diving with Big Blue again.
The diving course at Big Blue is top class and offers a great value for money. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beds they offer are safe for possessions and clean. The instructors, Graeme and Pete Hall, are always on hand and answer any questions in a thorough way. The shop is highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a certification and values safety.
Big Blue is also highly recommended for nervous divers. The divemasters, like Verena, are incredibly reassuring and make the divers feel completely safe. They allow extra time for the divers to brace themselves before doing skills. The boats are immaculate, the equipment is in good order, and the instructors and dive masters are second to none. Big Blue is highly recommended for anyone who is nervous or looking to do the next level in their diving.
Big Blue offers an amazing open water and fun-dive experience. They offer the open water piece of the SDI certification. The instructors, like Fiona, guide the students through the lessons and skills tests, building confidence and ensuring a fun experience in incredible dive settings. The team caters to a variety of training and fun dive needs and ensures everyone has a safe and fun experience.
Big Blue is the best place for Open Water. The shop offers a welcoming environment with smiles and friendly faces. The instructors, like Rachel Parry, are fun, bubbly, and incredibly good at their jobs. They ensure that the students understand what they are being taught. Safety is always top of the agenda at Big Blue. The shop also has a lively restaurant and bar area where divers can relax and meet other people. The Big Blue crew enjoys having a drink and many good evenings are had at the shop. Big Blue is highly recommended and many are already planning their next trip to the shop.
