Despite an initial hiccup with a mechanical issue on the original boat, the team was quick to resolve the problem, ensuring that the group was able to get out on the water the same day. The owner even went above and beyond to cover the cost of a kayak tour and jetskis as a gesture of goodwill. The staff and captain aboard the boat were attentive and kind, and the lunch served was some of the best food in Thailand.The private tour offered by Boat in the Bay is a smooth sailing experience from start to finish. From the initial greeting to the final goodbye, the crew is friendly and treats guests like family. The food is not only delicious but also plentiful. The absence of crowds is a major plus point, but the royal treatment received by guests is what truly sets this company apart. This excursion is highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket.
The entire staff at Boat in the Bay is welcoming and helpful, making guests feel like family from the moment they arrive. The skipper, Mr. Adoon, is particularly noteworthy for his exceptional service. He goes above and beyond his duties as a captain, ensuring the safety and comfort of all on board. The boat itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating 10 people. The experience of being rocked to sleep by the boat after a hot shower is one that guests will not soon forget.
Boat in the Bay is also equipped to cater to large groups and special requirements. A group of 27, including adults, children, and individuals with disabilities, had a memorable experience chartering the Blue Lagoon 70. The staff, especially K May, was very helpful in planning the route and the food for the trip. The professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food were highly appreciated.
Booking a catamaran through Boat in the Bay is a seamless process, thanks to the efficient service provided by Julia. Even when problems arise, she is quick to find a solution. The experience of spending a day with 50 guests on the catamaran exceeded all expectations.
A 2-day trip to the Similan Islands with Boat in the Bay is a 5-star experience from the day of booking to the actual trip and return. The personal service provided by Julia and Robert is highly commendable.
The Boat in the Bay Catamaran cruise is a must-do, especially for larger groups. As part of a 40th birthday celebration, the cruise was the highlight of a trip to Phi Phi. The catamaran is luxurious, and the quality of the crew, service, and food is top-notch. Guests can swim, snorkel, kayak, and dance for 7 hours, making it a big happy party. The beautiful waters of Phi Phi are best explored this way.
