The staff at By Design are not only friendly and helpful, but they also take the time to share the stories behind the goods, adding a personal touch to the shopping experience.The shop is a collaborative effort of three designers, each contributing their unique skills and creativity to the mix. From handmade jewelry and clothing to bags, pareos, and knick-knacks, the store offers a wide range of items. The lady who manages the shop designs the clothing, while her husband crafts the jewelry. Despite the language barrier, she communicates effectively in English, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the store does not offer discounts for bulk purchases, and some may find the prices a bit steep. However, the quality and uniqueness of the items make them worth every penny.

The hotel's location in Nimman is ideal, with a plethora of restaurants, massage parlors, and the beautiful Maya mall within walking distance. Despite the lack of air conditioning in the lobby, the overall experience at the hotel is highly satisfactory.
