About Central Chidlom

Central Chidlom, located in the heart of Bangkok, is a shopping haven for both locals and tourists alike. Its prime location on Chidlom Station BTS Skytrain makes it easily accessible, and it's within walking distance from leading hotels such as Plaza Athenee Bangkok, A Royal Meridien Hotel. It's also conveniently close to embassies and offices, including All Seasons Place and Wave Place.

The shopping center offers a wide range of items, from local to imported goods, catering to all tastes and preferences. It's not just a shopping destination, but also a place to enjoy the beauty of the city. For instance, the flower festival held at Central Chidlom is a sight to behold, with beautiful flower displays that add to the overall charm of the mall.

The convenience extends to the parking facilities as well. Central Chidlom offers underground parking, free for the first two hours, making it easy for those who prefer to drive.

The shopping experience at Central Chidlom is enhanced by its annual renovations, which keep the mall up-to-date and trendy. The recent renovations have given the mall a more upmarket feel. Some stores have been replaced with new ones, like Mango replacing Timberland, keeping the shopping experience fresh and exciting.

Central Chidlom is not just about shopping; it's also about food. The newly renovated Central Foodhall is a food lover's paradise, especially the Cooking service station that serves everything you buy there. The food court on the top floor offers a wide variety of local and international cuisines, making it a great place for a meal after a day of shopping.

The mall is also connected to the Central Embassy, making it a large and typical department store with cosmetics on the ground floor and a commendable and large supermarket in the basement. It's a great place for one-stop shopping, especially during the Christmas season. Shoppers can always find different sizes, designs, or colors of the clothing they are looking for.

Despite being one of the older and smaller malls, Central Chidlom has a very nice atmosphere. It houses brands like Marks and Spencer among others. The only thing missing is a cinema. However, the nice atmosphere and convenience to the BTS make it a place worth revisiting.

Central Chidlom is a shopping mall in the true sense. It has seven floors mainly dedicated to clothing with all the brands you can think of. There are also a few electrical, phone, camera, and kitchen shops, plus some jewelry and watches. The seventh floor is home to a Michelin-starred food court with at least 59 different stalls, offering an unbelievable choice of food. Central Chidlom is indeed a shopping and dining destination that should not be missed when in Bangkok.
