About Chang Puak Camp Damnoensaduak

A visit to a certain unnamed location has left many travelers with a bitter taste in their mouths. The place, which was often visited as a side trip from the Floating Market, was not what they expected. The unsuspecting visitors were taken there without prior notice, and what they saw was far from pleasant.

The place was home to elephants, but the conditions they were kept in were far from ideal. The elephants were constantly being pinched by the ears and hit with sticks, causing them visible distress. The place they were kept in was in a terrible state, and the sight of it was enough to make anyone feel terrible. Some visitors even regretted stepping out of their cars.

The treatment of the animals was not limited to the elephants. Monkeys were dressed up in clothes, and there were pictures of tigers with people lying on them. Even a baby elephant was not spared from the harsh treatment, being pushed and hit. The sight was so distressing that many visitors left quickly, urging others not to fund such a place.

However, not all experiences were negative. Some visitors found the place beautiful, with good weather and many animals to see. They enjoyed the food and praised the service staff. Despite the negative experiences of others, they expressed a desire to return.

Unfortunately, the negative experiences outweighed the positive ones. Many visitors felt that the place was a tourist trap and unethical to the animals. They saw animals being hit with sticks when they had to perform, and many of them appeared to be drugged. The sight was so distressing that it brought some visitors to tears.

The place was not recommended for children or anyone sensitive to animal cruelty. Some visitors were so appalled that they refused to enter. Others, who had expected an elephant sanctuary where the animals could walk freely and be cared for, were deeply disappointed. They saw elephants kept in chains and poked with sharp sticks, which was far from the sanctuary they had envisioned.

The place was also visited by honeymooners who were on their way back from the Floating Market. They were taken there by their tour guide, and the experience ruined their day. They found the place smelly and extremely busy. They saw a baby elephant kept in a small space, waiting for photos, and a tiger cub in a similar situation. The sight was so distressing that they chose to sit in a cafe outside and wait for the ordeal to be over.

In conclusion, while some visitors had a positive experience, the majority were left distressed and appalled by the treatment of the animals. They urged others not to visit the place, and to choose more ethical alternatives instead.
