They were picked up on time from their resort and brought to the starting point, where they found a number of buggies, many of which seemed to be out of order. After a long wait and a lack of communication, they finally set off, only to encounter further issues with the buggies breaking down. The couple felt unsafe and asked to be taken back to their resort. They were not charged for the experience, but they felt that their time had been wasted and their expectations were not met.
