After years of operating a successful massage business in Cape Town, South Africa, the owners decided to return to Hua Hin, Thailand, to establish a retreat place that embodies the essence of relaxation - the Chillax way. It's advisable to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance, but they are flexible and can accommodate customers before or after their regular business hours upon request. They are easily reachable through various channels such as WhatsApp, Line@, Facebook, Email, Google message, phone calls, and SMS.

Getting to Chillax is quite straightforward. One can take the Songtaews, a mini green bus, or a green truck, which are public transport options on the Khao Takiab to Hua Hin Airport route. These green trucks depart every 15 minutes and cost only 10 baht to and from Khao Takiab to the town centre.

The retreat is known for its professional staff, clean areas, and excellent service. One visitor had a painful back and decided to try a deep tissue massage at Chillax.
