One of the treatments offered is the 60-minute "rebirth" massage. However, some visitors have found the ambiance to be just okay and not particularly impressive. The therapists' technique has been described as primarily finger pressing, which may require some guidance from the client to target specific areas of tension or pain. The price point for this treatment has been considered high compared to similar services in other locations.

The 'Nest' room is a signature feature of the spa. It consists of two round rooms connected by a bridge, one serving as the treatment room and the other as the shower and changing room. Built among the banyan trees, the rooms seem to be suspended in the air, creating a feeling of being in a cocoon. The design is gorgeous, with lots of natural light streaming in through an opening at the top of the room. The experience of being massaged amidst the trees, accompanied by the song of birds, is very relaxing. Guests are welcomed with tea and cold towels, and treated to tea and fresh pineapple at the end of their treatment.

The spa is a bit pricier than other massage places in Thailand, but many visitors feel that the experience is worth every penny. The suite in the 'Nest' is particularly recommended, even with an extra 10% charge. The suite has two rooms, one with the massage beds and the other serving as a changing room with a safety deposit box and bathroom. The two-hour massage is described as thorough and professional, leaving guests wishing they could do it all over again.
