The tailoring service comes highly recommended by those who have experienced it firsthand. One such individual was introduced to this tailor shop by a friend in Phuket and was very impressed with the final result. It was their first tailored experience and they were very happy with the service, quality, and final price, promising to return again.

The staff at Graceland Collection Tailor are known for their friendliness and excellent service. The quality of their work is top-notch, making it unnecessary to look elsewhere for beautiful tailoring. The service is highly recommended from start to finish.

The tailors, Mr. Dill and Mr. Paul, come highly recommended. They have been praised for their excellent fitting skills, having made two pairs of pants, two shirts, and two pairs of shorts for a satisfied customer. They also provided assistance with arranging a driver to take the customer to different tourist spots. The customer plans to return on their next trip.

However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer had a disappointing experience with a pair of pants that were poorly made and ill-fitting, despite having their measurements taken. The material used was not what the customer had initially chosen, and they found the service provided by the staff member, Johnny, to be deceitful and overbearing. They would not recommend this tailor.

On the other hand, another customer was very happy with their purchase of five business shirts. Although a slight change was required after the fitting, they were pleased with the good quality and workmanship of the garments.

Graceland Collection Tailor was recommended to another customer by a friend and regular visitor to Phuket. They designed a 3/4 length Wool & Cashmere coat and also had a 4 piece work suit made. Their partner had three separate suits made, both wool and silk, and they were very impressed with the quality and finish of all the garments. The entire process only took five days and a couple of fittings. They found Max to be excellent and attentive to their every need. They highly recommend Graceland Collection Tailor and Max. The shop is conveniently located close to the Ibis and down the road from the Graceland Hotel.

Another customer had two suits made at Graceland Collection Tailor nearly two years ago and found them to be in superb condition, despite being worn almost every day. They found Mr. Dill to be warm, professional, and easy to deal with. They plan to visit Mr. Dill again on their travels in September 2013.
