The bus was in poor condition, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working. The staff was not helpful either, they were rude and ignored the travelers' questions.

The travelers had a similar experience with a 30-minute transfer that took 3 hours. They had a ferry to catch at 11:30, but the pickup was scheduled for 11. After waiting for 30 minutes, the van had not arrived. They had to change vans twice and made six stops to pick up people. As a result, they missed their ferry and spent the entire day in an overpacked minivan.

The driver was not helpful either. He dropped the travelers off at a roadside spot with no other transportation options. The only available option was a taxi driver who charged each person 100 baht for a 1km ride.

The staff at the office was incredibly disrespectful. The travelers were told they would have to wait for a few hours before they could leave. They were only 10 minutes away from their hotel and had been promised they would be home by 4pm. The staff laughed at them, spoke in Thai about them, and told them to find their own way home. The customer service was horrible, and the travelers felt disrespected.

The bus company was possibly the worst in the world. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The travelers had to wait in a dirty waiting room with a dirty toilet that they had to pay to use. The bus departed late and arrived at their destination an hour later than expected.

The shuttle transport in Krabi, Thailand, was not the same as in the West. The travelers had to wait at a depot to be reallocated a new bus to take them to their final destination. This process took an hour. The standard of the buses varied, some looked newer, some had air conditioning, while others had windows that could slide open. The travelers had to deal with upselling at the depot and an unscheduled stop at a service station.

The journey to Kao Lak was not any better. After a short journey in a 'cattle truck', the travelers had to wait at a 'hub' for a minibus. They traveled slowly on major roads, and the coach did not pick up speed. There were fumes coming into the coach, the air conditioning was switched off, and the coach stopped. The engine eventually 'died', and the travelers had to take off their own luggage. They were transferred to a local bus service and had to pay extra to get to their hotel. They arrived 2 hours later than they should have.

In conclusion, the travelers had a horrible experience. The journey was long and uncomfortable, the buses were in poor condition, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the service was poor. The travelers were left feeling disrespected and frustrated. They would not recommend this company to anyone.
