It uses natural organic products that cater to both inner and outer health, ensuring a complete rest and rejuvenation experience. The spa offers a variety of serene and refreshing treatments that leave guests feeling revitalized. The professional massage therapies are particularly noteworthy, providing a soothing experience that is highly recommended by many.The spa features four natural treatment rooms, each equipped with a private shower, bathroom, sauna, and steam room. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff, including the highly praised Tuen Jin, are friendly and professional, making the massage treatments extra special.
The service at High Spa is excellent, with a friendly staff and a clean, beautiful, and natural atmosphere that is perfect for rest and relaxation. The spa is worth every penny, with every aspect of the experience being highly satisfactory. However, it is recommended to book at least a day in advance to secure the desired appointment time.
One of the unique offerings at High Spa is the body scrub with tamarind. This treatment is a retreat for the skin, providing relaxation and rejuvenation. The oil massages are also highly recommended, providing a treat for the body and a relaxing experience for couples.
High Spa is located within the High Season resort, which is exquisitely appointed. The resort features lovely rooms, each with their own pool. Every detail is attended to, including a choice of pillows. The resort is large, but it doesn't feel that way as all of the villas are hidden away along palm-lined paths. The beach is clean and every beach chair comes fitted with fresh towels. The resort is very quiet, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.
However, there are some areas that need improvement. The Thai food at the resort is well-prepared, but the western cuisine could use some training. The service can be slow and the staff often seem confused. The spa was unfortunately closed during one guest's visit, and a beach massage was double booked. Despite these issues, the resort is still a delightful place to visit for those seeking absolute calm. The roads are curvy but in good shape, and motorbikes are available for rent for those who wish to explore the area.
In conclusion, High Spa and the High Season resort offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, with a few areas that could use improvement. The spa treatments are highly recommended, and the resort's peaceful environment is perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. Despite some service issues, many guests would still consider returning, especially if offered a great discount.
