Ao Nang Krabi Muay Thai Boxing Training Camp is a place where one can experience authentic Thai Boxing Training. The camp welcomes everyone, from beginners to professional fighters, to experience their unique training methods and lifestyle. The training begins with learning some basic techniques to ensure safety. Once the basics are mastered, trainees move on to kick pads with a trainer who advises on how to improve technique. The next step involves moving on to punch bags, followed by an invitation to participate in some controlled sparring with no power or clinch practice. The camp respects the wishes of its students and does not force anyone to participate in activities they are not comfortable with.The camp also offers accommodation, two meals a day, and two training sessions. The training times are Monday to Saturday, with morning sessions starting at 08:00 am and afternoon sessions at 16:00 pm. The camp also provides equipment that can be borrowed for training. If a trainee wishes to purchase equipment, arrangements can be made at the camp's shop.
