About Hype Boat Club

The Hype boat cruise is a fantastic way to spend a day with friends or family. With the capacity to accommodate large groups, it's a popular choice for families, as evidenced by a group of 15 families who had a wonderful day cruising around the ocean. The boat is child-friendly, with children as young as four and even infants being able to enjoy the experience. The food on board is generally well-received, and the DJ is a hit with both young and old. Despite some areas of the boat showing signs of wear, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

The staff on the Hype boat are known for their friendliness and accommodating nature. They are especially tolerant and patient, even with guests who may have had a bit too much to drink. The food is satisfactory and there's enough to go around for everyone. However, it's worth noting that the trip can be quite expensive, with only two stops - one at an island and one for snorkeling. Drinks are also on the pricier side, but this is to be expected.

The first stop at Coral Island could use more lounge chairs to avoid having to sit in the sand. The second stop, however, is a hit with good snorkeling and just the right amount of time to enjoy it. The return voyage is often the highlight of the trip, with great music and a lively atmosphere as everyone starts to loosen up. The experience is enjoyable, as long as you're not expecting too much.

The staff on board are consistently friendly and there's plenty of food provided. The DJ is particularly popular, with good choices of dance music that get everyone in the mood to dance and have fun. Some guests have enjoyed the experience so much that they've gone on the cruise twice.

However, not all experiences are positive. One guest had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member who accused her of stealing a cider from her bag, causing a scene and leaving her feeling humiliated. This incident occurred after the group had already paid their bill and were preparing to leave the boat.

The Hype boat is a luxury catamaran with VIP bed-like seating at tables under a roof, finger food, a DJ, a cash bar for top-shelf drinks, and an open layout in the front in the sun. However, the type of passengers the cruise attracts may not be to everyone's liking. Many of the passengers are in their 20s and spend the entire cruise posing for pictures. This can be off-putting for those who are expecting to mingle with other travelers of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Despite this, the boat is beautiful, the food is great, and the drinks are excellent value for money. The boat does not feel crowded, unlike many other boats. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and make every effort to ensure you have a good time. The VIP package with a day bed comes highly recommended. However, if you're a solo traveler or looking for a quiet day's sailing, this may not be the boat for you. It's more suited for friends traveling together looking for a fun-filled day in the sun.
