The owner, on the other hand, showed no responsibility for the mistakes made in the customer's massage order.

However, the owner simply smiled and pointed to the regular Thai massage price on the board. There was no apology, discount, or any sign of concern for the customer's dissatisfaction. The lack of training and professionalism was evident.
