She offers lessons in English, unless otherwise requested, and caters to groups of varying sizes, from one-on-one private lessons to larger groups, and from home cooks to professional chefs. She even offers the convenience of coming to your place to teach. The classes are not only educational but also fun, filled with great teaching moments.

Jimmy's guidance through Thai cuisine is nothing short of wonderful. One of the highlights is the green curry, where students get to make and pound their own curry paste from the freshest ingredients, many of which come from Jimmy’s own garden. The curry is then whipped up with coconut milk, basil, kaffir lime, tender chicken pieces, and Thai eggplant. This is followed by Larb Moo Tord, a crispy and gently spicy dish. Jimmy's teaching style is engaging, blending stories and instruction to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
