The store is conveniently located near the temples and the Grand Palace, although it can be a little difficult to find. However, Samart is known to pick up customers from their hotel and even drop them off at the Grand Palace after their shopping trip. Just across the street from the store is a temple that is the residence of the head monk in Bangkok, a sight that Samart often recommends to his customers.

Johny's Gems is also known for its exceptional customer service. One customer found a pair of beautiful sapphire earrings and a ring to match, but realized that the clasps were too tight on their earlobes. Upon calling the store, Samart assured them that they would pick up the earrings at their hotel, adjust them, and return them that evening. It is within walking distance from pier 8 on the Chao Praya River, or a short taxi ride from Hua Lamphong train station if you are not staying in the area. Look for the large Johny's Gems signage.
