The KBA team is known for their exceptional service in teaching kiteboarding. The instructors are locals who are well-versed with the location, making it a perfect place for beginners to learn. The team ensures that the learners feel safe and comfortable throughout the lessons. The friendly staff organizes the lessons in advance, taking into consideration the best time for the learners to come. The team is always looking forward to welcoming back their learners.

However, the experience might not always be smooth sailing. There have been instances where the communication for organizing the lessons was not up to the mark. It sometimes felt like the school was not as interested as the learners in making the lessons happen. The wind conditions can be unstable, making it tough to manage on both sides. It would be preferable if the school could call the learners as soon as they see the lessons could run rather than the learners telling them that there was enough wind to have a lesson.

Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience of learning kiteboarding at this place is great. Even beginners are able to ride on both sides after a three-day course. The spot is beautiful and the organization is perfect. The instructors are great teachers who are patient and enthusiastic. They correct the learners' techniques and give a lot of useful advice.

The kite school on Koh Samui is highly recommended for refresher lessons. The lagoon they have is sweet, especially in winter. It is a great location with no waves slapping around. The school helps the learners take their skills to the next level.

The beginner course of 6 hours is highly recommended. The course can be taken in two days, each 3 hours, making it convenient for those who are on a short getaway. The communication through WhatsApp is quick and easy and all questions are answered very fast. The instructors show all the necessary basics before the learners go to the water. They are enthusiastic and patient, with great skills on the board.

The team is very safety conscious and also flexible with the timing. In a few hours, they have the learners controlling the kites, body dragging and on the verge of being up and riding. The team, especially Jane and Sam, are highly recommended for their pleasing experience and encouragement during and after the course. They are doing a great job in teaching kiteboarding.
