The trainers are adept at tailoring the training to suit different purposes, making it a versatile training ground for all. One of the trainers, Jack, is particularly praised for his ability to explain techniques clearly. This makes Khongsittha Muay Thai a highly recommended destination for travellers looking to experience Thai boxing.

Khongsittha is considered one of the best gyms in Bangkok. The training provided is both exciting and intense, offering a new insight into what true discipline means. The trainers are described as absolutely lovable, creating an environment that encourages return visits.

The facility is also an excellent place for training Muay Thai. One visitor who stayed for eight days in October 2022 found the experience to exceed their expectations. The classes, offered twice a day, are varied and the trainers are very helpful in elevating your techniques to a higher level. The visitor also enjoyed extra private sessions during their stay. Accommodation at the Kiatthada Resort & House is also available, offering clean rooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. The surrounding area provides ample opportunities for good and cheap meals, including vegetarian options.

The private classes at Khongsittha are also highly recommended. One visitor chose a private class followed by a Pad Thai meal. Despite a slight language barrier with the instructor, the visitor found the experience rewarding, learning new things and enjoying a great workout. The staff were very nice and the meal afterwards was very tasty, with the option to choose between spicy and non-spicy.

Khongsittha also offers a 4-day, 3-night stay and training package. The coaches are friendly and attentive, focusing on individual needs and teaching more than just pad work. They cover everything in Muay Thai, including technique, fitness, and Wai Kru. The rooms are clean and the surrounding area offers many shops and delicious food options. This makes Khongsittha a place worth revisiting for a longer period.

While Khongsittha is a bit far from the city area, this does not affect the overall experience. However, it is worth noting that the training style may be more suited to beginners. For those looking for a place where trainers will correct your form and do 5 rounds of padwork, this may not be the ideal place. Nonetheless, it is highly recommended for people trying Muay Thai for the first time.

Private sessions at Khongsittha are also a wonderful experience. One visitor had a session with a young and skilled coach. Despite being tired after a long journey, the coach managed to motivate the visitor to give everything. The session was varied and included strength and fitness training, showcasing the fine techniques, footwork, and combinations that Khongsittha has to offer.
