About Krabi Sunset Tours

The journey was nothing short of wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient, always ready to assist and make the trip as comfortable as possible. Their patience was commendable, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every traveler felt at ease and well taken care of.

However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. One of these was the condition of the safety vests. Some of them were in dire need of replacement, with broken buckles and shredded straps. This was a concern as safety should always be a top priority when embarking on such trips.

Another area that needed attention was the food provision. The quantity of food provided was not sufficient for everyone. This was a bit of a letdown as food is an essential part of any journey. It is important that every traveler is well-fed and satisfied, to fully enjoy the trip.

Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was perfect. The beauty of the journey and the warmth of the staff made up for the shortcomings.

On the other hand, there were some disappointments. The tour was scheduled to start at 11 am, with a pick-up time agreed at 9.30 am. However, there was a long wait at the pier, which was not part of the plan. This caused some discomfort as waiting for long periods can be tiring and frustrating.

Furthermore, there was an issue with the drop-off point. The travelers were dropped off far away from the shore, in shoulder-deep water with all their bags. They were then told to walk to the shore as the water was not deep. This was not only inconvenient but also potentially dangerous, especially for those who are not strong swimmers.

In conclusion, while the trip had its highs and lows, the overall experience was memorable. The friendly and patient staff, the beautiful journey, and the adventure of it all made it a trip worth taking. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all travelers.
