It's a journey that requires sensible shoes and plenty of water. The walk from the junction at Sairee Beach is approximately 3.5km and could take 60 - 70 minutes each way. The high point is 180M, and the collective altitude gains there and back are around 430M. It's also possible to scooter or get a ride up the junction road past the Smile Mart Supermarket, which is worth a visit.

At the top of the junction road, you'll find the Tarna Align resort. From here, the road becomes the driveway to the right of the entrance to the resort. Follow this to the top of the hill, where you've climbed to the highest point. The walk down will bring you to a junction with a sign that reads "Please no Littering". Take the path to the right of the sign, and in about 700M, you'll pass a sign that says "Goat Hut Mao Bay". Keep going straight, and in about 750M, you'll arrive at Laem Thian Bay.
