About Lemongrass Thai Heritage Massage Huay Kwang Branch

The allure of a grand environment can sometimes be deceiving, as was the case with one particular spa experience. Despite the opulence of the surroundings, the skills of the masseuse left much to be desired. The individual had booked a traditional Thai massage, expecting a focus on their back. However, the masseuse spent the majority of the time working on their legs, even leaving the room for around 10-15 minutes, leaving the client waiting. When the back massage finally came, it was brief and unsatisfactory, with no attention paid to the hands. The management's lack of response to the complaint only added to the disappointment of the experience.

However, not all experiences at this spa were negative. Another visitor had a much more positive experience at a different outlet of the same company. This outlet offered a spa, scrub, and aroma massage, all of which were missing from the previous location. Although the pricing was slightly higher, the visitor felt it was worth it for the improved service. This outlet was conveniently located on the main road, opposite the Swissotel Ratchada.

Another visitor found the traditional massage to be thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were described as perfect, clean, and modern, and the staff were very polite. The massage even helped to alleviate years of neck pain, making the experience all the more satisfying.

The spa's late hours were a major plus for another visitor, who arrived at 11PM for a massage. They were pleasantly surprised to find that the spa was open until 1AM, a rarity for luxury spas in the area. The visitor and their wife each received an aromatherapy massage in a shared room. While not the best they'd ever had, it was good enough that they would return. The spa's location, a mere five-minute walk from the MRT exit, and its proximity to a night market, added to its appeal.

The spa's family-friendly atmosphere was another draw for visitors. Located just five minutes from the Huai Kwang MRT and night market, the spa offered a clean, authentic ambiance. With a variety of massages, facials, and body scrubs to choose from, one visitor enjoyed a two-hour body scrub and aromatherapy massage for 1900 baht.

For those seeking relief after physical exertion, the spa came highly recommended. One visitor, after three days of golf, found the massage to be excellent. The reception area was comfortable, and the English-speaking receptionist was a helpful touch. The foot massage room was pleasant and clean, and the massage was so good that the visitor dozed off. The oil body massage was particularly praised, with the masseuse, Cindy, giving an extremely great massage to the visitor's back and shoulders. The visitor was so satisfied that they vowed to return on their next trip.
