Member Diving is a popular choice for diving enthusiasts, attracting both seasoned divers and beginners alike. This diving center is known for its exceptional customer service, safety measures, and preference for small dive groups. A group of two Dive Masters and an Instructor spent four days diving with Member Diving and were thoroughly impressed with the crew and instructors. They found the service to be first-class, right from the initial contact to the booking and the days spent on the spacious boat. The team at Member Diving was accommodating, ensuring that the group could get the most out of their four-day diving experience. The divers were amazed by the abundance of schooling fish in the area, making their experience truly memorable. They highly recommend Member Diving to both first-time divers and certified divers.

Member Diving also caters to first-time divers, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. A father and son duo had an amazing day diving with the center. Their instructor, Tom, professionally guided them through the process, making their first diving experience a memorable one. One of the popular diving spots is Sail Rock, off the coast of Koh Samui. A diver with close to 200 dives worldwide had his first dive in Thai waters at Sail Rock. Despite not spotting any whale sharks that day, he found the site to be great, with a variety of fishes and beautiful corals. The calm weather, great visibility, and lack of currents made the dive easy and enjoyable. Michael from Member Diving guided the group around the rock, making the experience even better. The Thai lunch provided was also appreciated, providing the necessary energy for the second dive.

However, not all experiences with Member Diving have been positive. Some visitors have found the owner to be arrogant and unfriendly, leading to a bad experience. Others have complained about the choice of diving spots, especially when the seas are rough. One diver was disappointed when the club manager decided to dive in Koma, where visibility was only one meter, instead of the promised Sail Rock or Marine Park. The diver felt that this was a case of organized theft, as they had paid in advance and had no recourse afterwards.

Member Diving also offers a two-day scuba course. A first-time diver found the course to be very efficient and enjoyable. Michel was helpful in arranging the booking and accommodating the dates required. Wolfgang, the instructor, made the diver feel comfortable and confident throughout the pool and sea dives. The boat crew was friendly and helpful, and the lunch provided was of good quality.

However, some divers have had less than satisfactory experiences. One diver felt that the wrong spot was chosen for their only day of diving. They also found the customer service to be lacking and felt that the dive instructor was more focused on making quick money rather than ensuring the divers' happiness. Despite these negative experiences, many divers have had positive experiences with Member Diving and continue to recommend it to others.
