It's a common stop for bus tours and cruise ship passengers, but some might argue that it doesn't offer anything particularly unique or interesting. It's a place that can be easily skipped without feeling like you've missed out on a significant experience.The shopping center is located in a convenient area and boasts a large space. The ground floor is filled with a variety of products, while the third floor houses a food court. However, the mall is noticeably quieter and less crowded than it was in the past, likely due to the competition from other shopping centers in Pattaya.
Despite the decrease in foot traffic, Mike's Shopping Mall still has its charms. For one, it's a great place to find bargains if you know how to negotiate. The ground floor is filled with stalls selling textiles, shoes, and luggage from famous brands like Lacoste, Nike, Armani, and Boss. However, these items don't come with price tags. Instead, sellers will quote a price, and it's up to you to haggle it down. If you can keep your cool and negotiate effectively, you can walk away with a great deal.
The mall is also known for its cleanliness and the hidden gems among its shops. One such place is the Tokyo facial spa, a must-visit spot for anyone in need of relaxation. The professional staff ensures that you leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The food court also offers a variety of options, and if you're good at bargaining, you can get a lower price for your meal.
However, not everyone is a fan of the town of Pattaya where the mall is located. Some visitors find the town to be dirty, noisy, and crowded, with small, polluted beaches. The shopping experience, including at Mike Shopping Mall, is also considered to be nothing special.
One unique feature of Mike Shopping Mall is the swimming pool located on the 10th floor. The mall has undergone an exterior refurbishment in recent years, making it cleaner and more appealing.
