In addition to the gym, there is also a scooter rental service that comes highly recommended. Many have rented a scooter for a couple of weeks and have found that everything went as it should. The gym, which is part of the same establishment, is also noted for its cleanliness.

For those looking for a bit more adventure, there are brand new motorbikes available for rent. Although they might be a bit more expensive due to their newness, they are definitely worth the money. Everything about these motorbikes works perfectly. The owner of the establishment is really nice and is known to show visitors some good places to visit. The gym, although not visited by everyone, is noted for its cleanliness.

One visitor, who recently spent a week in Karon for business, took out a weekly pass at the gym and found it to be of reasonable cost. They were able to get a great pump each day with an extensive range of high tech equipment. The staff at the gym were also friendly, making the experience even better.

There are also apartments available for rent above the gym, which are said to be the nicest places to stay in Phuket.

As a gym owner on holiday found, this gym is a great place to workout with a lot of equipment, all recently refurbished, in very good condition and always very clean and hygienic. Located in a good location, it is never crowded, offers all the essentials, fully equipped weights area, cardio, air conditioning, fans, water, gatorade, protein, towels and music. It is reasonably priced and recommended. This gym owner attended 10 days straight and met some great, interesting people there too.
