About One Nimman

One Nimman, located in the heart of Chiang Mai, offers a unique blend of modern and local cultural lifestyles. This vibrant hub, situated on the prominent Nimmanhaemin road, is a bustling gathering spot for restaurants, galleries, cafes, and bars. From dawn to dusk, there's always something to do in One Nimman. The area is beautifully designed, with a European flair that sets it apart from anything else in Thailand. It hosts a flea market every Monday and Tuesday from 4 pm, offering a unique blend of high society and hipster vibes.

One Nimman is a popular destination for food and shopping enthusiasts. It's a hip place to hang out in the evening, with local performances, Thai cuisines both indoor and outdoors, local handicrafts, and shops. There's quite a bit to see, especially the local handicrafts, making it a great window shopping destination. Surrounding One Nimman, there are other shops and restaurants where you can try delicious local Thai food.

Open from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm, seven days a week, this community mall offers spots for taking photos and local products such as painted elephant miniatures, colorful stone bracelets, and more. One market is a food center with northern cuisine, Thai traditional Phad Thai, teaw sukhothai, snacks, chicken rice, steaks, and more. It's a great place to go for shopping and eating.

One Nimman is also a popular photography destination, with many people taking pictures next to walls, shops, stairs, windows, benches, corridors, and just about anything else with an architectural line to it. There are many trendy restaurants and unique high-end boutique shops. However, the upstairs area is a one-way serpentine maze with no exits until the end, which can be a bit overwhelming for some visitors.

The architecture of One Nimman is reminiscent of Italian design. The courtyard feels like standing in the middle of St. Marc Square in Venice, Italy, and moving a bit further, you find yourself inside a Milan glass-covered corridor. However, the second floor is a different experience, with a one-way foot traffic design that forces you to walk through every shop and merchandise. Despite this, the ground floor shops are enjoyable, with great coffee and tea shops, traditional and modern clothing stores, beautiful restaurants, and street food stalls with authentic Thai food.

One Nimman is more than just a shopping center; it's an art and culture hub. The shops in One Nimman are very well curated, with brands like Greenies & Co, Freitag, and Harns. Besides shopping, there are also great concept cafes, an ice cream shop, and a quirky Thai Cuisine Restaurant. There are also art exhibitions in the gallery and classes that teach free Salsa and Swing. One Nimman is a must-visit place, offering a refreshing change from the typical shopping mall experience.
