The team is fabulous, taking excellent care of their guests and adding a touch of humor to the experience. Even those who are initially scared to take the zipline are ensured a great experience. The team goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their guests, even retrieving lost items from difficult terrains. This place comes highly recommended for everyone.

The ATV experience is also a unique one. Guests have the option to pay for a 2-hour ATV ride and a visit to the Big Buddha. However, if you've visited the Buddha before, you can opt to spend the entire time driving in the jungle. The ATV experience is personalized, with one instructor per family or group. The ride is fast and exhilarating, and the best part is that they offer free pick-up from your hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain safety measures. Two staff members are assigned per group, ensuring everyone's safety. The 18 platform zip line activity is a hit among all age groups, starting from age 8. The setup is simple and different from what you might find in the UK, but it guarantees a great time for all.

The organization of the activities is commendable. Guests are picked up and driven back to their hotels, and there is no waiting time. The guides are friendly and funny, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, the track can be quite risky and is not recommended for beginners. The ATV ride includes a visit to the Big Buddha at the start of the trip, which is a unique experience. The language barrier can be a problem as many of the staff do not understand English. After the trip, guests are provided with free water and wet napkins, which are much appreciated.

Despite running its operations like a mass production facility, the Thai hospitality is still very much present. The crew is understanding and professional, making guests feel at ease even in messy situations. The ATV ride includes a stretch full of bumps, adding to the thrill of the experience.
