About Pattaya Water Park

The water park in question has been a popular destination for families, especially those with children. The park boasts a lazy river, small slides, and a bucket drop pool area specifically designed for kids. For the more adventurous, there are four or five larger slides, one of which can be used by parents and their children together. The park is well-equipped with plenty of chairs and tables, making it a recommended spot for a day out. However, visitors are advised not to bring their own food.

Despite its popularity, the park has faced criticism for its cleanliness. Upon arrival, some visitors have found the toilets and changing rooms to be in a less than satisfactory state. The chairs provided for seating have been reported to be broken and dirty, and the surrounding areas littered with cigarette butts. The water in the pool has been described as murky, raising concerns about its cleanliness and safety. There have also been reports of unsafe behavior on the slides, with children standing up as they come down.

The water park is one of the cheaper options available in Thailand. For a family of three, the total cost of entry is around 300 THB. If you wish to rent a locker, there is an additional fee of 50 THB plus a 100 THB deposit, which is refunded upon return of the locker key. However, the low cost of entry is reflected in the park's facilities. The toilets are not clean, and the slides are old. The pools have also been described as quite dirty.

The park's exterior gives an indication of its overall state. The gardens outside are run down, and garbage is piled up around the place. The park is in a good location in Pattaya South, near the beach and a short walk to shops. However, it is not being run to its full potential. Wild dogs roam freely around the park, tearing open rubbish bags in search of food. The water in the pool is green and murky, and there is debris from the unkempt trees around. The slides are okay for a couple of hours of fun, but some visitors have expressed reservations about getting in the water.

A few years ago, the park was a much-loved destination. The water in the main pool used to run slowly in a circle, allowing visitors to float and be taken back to where they started. Food and drinks could be bought at low prices, and there was a mini-amusement park for kids to enjoy. However, the park has since deteriorated. The water in the pool now gives the same feeling as swimming in Pattaya beach, which is an unpleasant experience for many.

The park was a disappointment for some visitors who went there in May last year. The park was messy, and the toilets were dirty. The pool was described as boring, with nothing to do other than float around. The water slides, however, were enjoyed by some. The rides were not that expensive if you bought the triple ticket. The food stall at the top of the Observation tower was reported to have an unpleasant smell.

Overall, the park has been described as the worst water park some visitors have ever seen. It was dirty, dated, and very basic. The roller coaster that goes over the park sounded like it was on its last legs. Health and safety do not seem to be a priority in this park, causing concern for some visitors.
