The atmosphere is calming and soothing, making it an ideal spot to pamper oneself after a long day of exploring the city. The establishment has been described as offering the 'baddest' massage in Chiang Mai, a testament to the unique and invigorating experience it provides.However, it's worth noting that not all experiences at Phoenix Massage have been positive. There have been instances where the massage duration fell short of the promised one hour. In one such case, the masseur even left during the session and was replaced upon return. The replacement therapist, unfortunately, did not offer a much better experience, lacking in pressure and strength in their technique. The price for such a service was 250B, which, despite negotiations, was deemed too high for the quality received.
On the other hand, some visitors have found their stop at Phoenix Massage to be the best decision of their trip. After two long days of walking around Chiang Mai, a foot massage for 250b seemed like a small risk with potentially high reward. As it turned out, this decision was more than worth it. The therapists were able to hit all the right spots on the feet, releasing what felt like years of tension and discomfort. The effects of this massage were long-lasting, with the benefits still being felt weeks later.
The foot massage at Phoenix Massage was so good that it was suggested one might return to Thailand just for that experience. The only regret was not getting the name of the therapist who provided such an excellent service. For those who find themselves walking past Phoenix Massage on their way to or from their hotel, it's recommended to take a chance and spend an hour in a lounger. With the potential for such a rewarding experience, it's a chance worth taking.
