The waterfall is located on the edge of Phu Sang National Park, which can be accessed by climbing the stairs to the immediate left of the waterfall. After ascending the stairs, visitors can follow the walkway, stopping at various points of interest. Information about the local forest and its hot springs is provided in both English and Thai, making it an educational experience as well.

While the waterfall itself is charming, it's the overall setting that truly captivates. The area is beautifully landscaped and kept litter-free, adding to its natural allure. Parking is available at a nominal fee, while access to the falls area is free. For those interested in exploring further, there's a nature walk available for a small fee. The walk is about 1km long and takes approximately 30 minutes. Apart from the initial climb and one small stairway, it's an easy stroll on a raised boardwalk, shaded nearly the entire length. Across the road, visitors will find several food sellers and toilets, adding to the convenience.

The waterfall is very popular among local tourists, with many children seen playing in the water. Numerous food stalls are also present, offering a variety of local delicacies for visitors to enjoy. The waterfall, coupled with the front view, offers a jungle-like feeling, making it a unique experience. However, swimming is not allowed here, which may be a disappointment for some. The hot spring, on the other hand, resembles a garden pond with floating leaves and lilies, adding to the overall charm of the place.

Nearby, there are some eateries at a food court where visitors can enjoy tasty grilled local food. The road leading to the waterfall is a nice gradual one, making it a pleasant journey.

Visitors can also bathe under a hot springs waterfall, making it a unique experience. From there, they can ride up the spectacular route 1093 to Phu Chi Fa. The journey is a lovely one, whether on a bicycle, motorcycle, or car. Despite some minor disappointments, such as the prohibition of swimming and the occasional closure of the jungle trail, the waterfall and its surroundings offer a unique and enjoyable experience. Whether it's the educational walkway, the beautiful landscape, or the delicious local food, there's something for everyone.
