Chai is not only a great driver but also a friendly and welcoming host. He also owns one of the cheapest bars in Kata, Kata on Fire, which boasts a friendly staff and some of the best food in the area.
Phuket Best Tours also offers private tours, which come highly recommended. One couple enjoyed a private tour on their honeymoon, exploring all the gems found in Phuket. Their day tour included the Phuket cashew nut factory, Wat Chalong (a sacred temple), an ATV tour in Kathu mountains, and Big Buddah.
