The Similan Islands are a must-visit for anyone in the Kata area. A group of nine had the opportunity to book a tour to these islands through a local office. Unfortunately, one of the group members had a medical emergency the night before the trip, making it impossible for them to join. Despite the late hour, the office was contacted and a request for cancellation for at least two people was made. The office responded promptly, promising to do their best to secure a refund from the company. The group proceeded with the tour the next day, which was well organized and thoroughly enjoyable. To their surprise, they received a message in the evening that a partial refund was possible. This level of service, even after the tour was completed, was highly appreciated.

The office staff, particularly a lady named Mai, was praised for her patience and friendliness. She provided a variety of options for tours, including the James Bond tour and a city tour. When the pickup for the James Bond tour was delayed, she was quick to respond and contact the tour operator. She also arranged for a taxi to the airport and was open to feedback on the tours. Her dedication to providing excellent service was noted and appreciated.

Phuket Tripper, the company that organized the tours, came highly recommended. They arranged two trips, one to the Similan Islands and a tour of Phuket. Both were extremely well organized, making the stay in Phuket much easier and more enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient.

The VIP James Bond Island Tour was particularly praised. The whole day was well planned and executed, with a speed boat and tour guides who spoke good English. The islands were described as amazing, with sights unlike any other. Booking and arranging the trip at the Kata beach booth with Mai was easy and everything went as planned.

A couple who stayed in Kata for two weeks in April had the pleasure of meeting Iang, a professional and knowledgeable lady at Phuket Tripper. She was able to create a package of six tours for them, including the Phi Phi and James Bond Island all-day tours, the Siam Neramit show, the Big Buddha and the Monks Temple, and a visit to a no-riding elephant sanctuary in Ko Samui. The cost of these six tours was less than what they were going to pay to a different company for just the two island tours. They were grateful for Iang's help and would stop by the shop each night to share their tour stories with her. They highly recommended arranging trips with Iang at the start of any visit to the area.
