The tour guide, Bella, is known for her extensive knowledge of Thailand's history and Ayutthaya. She is adept at explaining the significance of the temples visited during the tour. Bella is also attentive to the needs of the tourists, ensuring they are well-hydrated and safe throughout the journey.

The tour is not only educational but also fun and safe. Bella's friendly demeanor and expertise make the tourists feel comfortable and engaged. The tour is suitable for all ages, including children, making it a highly recommended activity for families.

The cycling tour through Ayutthaya and its surrounding areas is a fabulous experience. On the 28th of January 2023, a tourist had the privilege of having Bella's full attention as they were the only one on the tour that day. The tour included cycling around the streets of Ayutthaya, crossing the river by a small ferry, having lunch in a local restaurant, and trying out a local sweet at a street-side shop. It was a memorable day, thanks to Bella's guidance.

The tour is a great way to explore the town and its temples. Bella's fun and knowledgeable guidance make the day enjoyable and informative. The tour is highly recommended for those who want to have a fun-filled day while learning about Ayutthaya.

The tour is an excellent blend of history and Thai culture. The route is mostly flat, passing through canals and temples. Bella provides a thorough overview of the trip upon arrival and is available to answer any questions the group may have. The clear and understandable route directions make the tour highly recommended.

However, there was an unfortunate incident where a tourist's solo booking was not honored. The tourist arrived to find that the tour operator, Andres Breuer, had allegedly canceled the tour days earlier. The tourist had to cancel the tour and request a refund themselves. This incident left the tourist disappointed and their visit to Ayutthaya wasted.

On a positive note, the tour operator went the extra mile to accommodate a half-day tour booking. The tourists had to travel from Bangkok and back, so they opted for a half-day tour. Despite the tour not being available on the day they booked, the owner, André, managed to arrange for a tour guide, Tor, to come over from Bangkok a day early to accommodate their booking. Tor did a great job, and the tourists ended up enjoying a private tour all over Ayutthaya Historical Park. This act of going above and beyond to accommodate the tourists' needs is highly commendable and speaks volumes about the service provided by André and Tor.
