I had a fantastic experience at Rohan Collection in MBK. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. Rohan and his team really took the time to understand what I wanted, and the results were even better than I expected.
The quality of the fabric is top-notch, the stitching is very clean, and the fit was perfect — all done in a short time with great care. Whether it’s a formal suit or a casual jacket, they truly know what they’re doing.

Rohan Collection, a name that has been synonymous with the tailoring industry since 2005, has seen every aspect of crafting bespoke garments. They understand the whole spectrum of the designing process and creating high quality products. What sets them apart is their world-class after care. They offer door-to-door shipment no matter where you are in the world. They use reliable courier services such as FedEx and DHL which means they will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track the items.However, it's important to note that not all experiences with Rohan Collection have been positive. There have been instances where customers have not received their items on time or as per their specific requirements. One such incident occurred in April of this year when a customer visited the tailor and ordered two shirts. The shirts were not delivered on time as promised but eventually arrived on the customer's departure day, leaving hardly any time for the customer to try them on. Despite the delay, the quality of the shirts and the requirements were in good order.
Unfortunately, the customer's subsequent experience with Rohan Collection was less than satisfactory. The customer returned to order another three shirts, but this time, the shirts did not arrive on time and had to be sent to the customer's country. This resulted in wasted time and the customer never got the chance to try the shirts on. The worst part of the issue was that the monogram from the three shirts was completely missing. The customer had specifically told them the design and colour they wanted. When the customer called and texted them to resolve the issue, they initially delayed responding and eventually ignored the customer completely. This was one of the worst experiences the customer had with this tailor.
While Rohan Collection has a long-standing reputation in the tailoring industry, it's clear that they have some areas to improve upon, particularly in terms of customer service and meeting delivery deadlines. Despite these issues, the quality of their products remains commendable. It's hoped that they will take these experiences into account and strive to improve their services in the future.
