One of the highlights of the retreat is the beach yoga session in Ao Nang with Tanny. This session is highly recommended for those visiting Ao Nang. Tanny is a great instructor who can adapt to the rhythm of each individual. The beach yoga session is a great way to disconnect and enjoy the breathtaking scenery around.

The yoga class is excellent, and the teacher provides very good hands-on advice during the class. They also offer assistance in organizing transportation to the airport after the yoga class.
Samadee Yoga is highly recommended for its excellent yoga classes. Tanny is a very good teacher, and many have learned a lot from her classes. Each class leaves you feeling relaxed and happy. Samadee Yoga also offers beach yoga, which is highly recommended. When you are back in Ao Nang, Krabi, a visit to Samadee Yoga is a must.
