About Siam Amazing Park
Siam Amazing Park, a popular destination for adventurers, is a place where one can unleash their limits and have a crazy fun day out. The park is filled with joy and memorable happiness, making every day spent there truly amazing. However, it's worth noting that some visitors have found the park to be a bit old and neglected. The maintenance of the place has been called into question, with some suggesting that it's not worth the money. There are only a couple of slides for adults and a wave pool that, disappointingly, lacks waves. Some have even described the place as unnecessary and a waste of money.Despite these criticisms, many families have found the park to be a great day out, especially for those with young children. One family, who visited the park during their stay in Bangkok, found it to be great value for money. They paid 2500 baht for a family of five, which they noted was less than the cost of a single ticket to other theme parks like Disneyland. They found the park to be very empty during the week, which meant no queuing for rides. The water park was described as huge, although most of the slides were for children over 120cm. While they agreed that the park was dated and perhaps not perfectly maintained, they still found it to be great value for money and a great day out when you need a break from sightseeing and the heat.
Another visitor, who visits the park with their kids about once a year, also had a positive experience. They usually head straight to the pools and find it to be great. They noted that there's a staggered set of levels for water slides, ranging from toddler-friendly to a few for bigger kids. They found the food and tube rental to be cheap, and even the park itself seemed pretty cheap. They did mention that the buffet was a bit too Thai for their Western taste, but they've since been eating at the Thai food court by the pools, which offers everything from chicken nuggets to pork and sticky rice.
The park has also been described as budget-friendly. One family who visited in December 2019 was surprised to find very few visitors in the park all day. They found the park to be so huge that they were able to enjoy all the rides without having to line up, and there was no hassle at all. They particularly loved the water park, which had many different slides that they enjoyed. They described the park as not crowded and offering a cheap ticket price to everyone.
Despite the park's age and the effects of the tropical climate and constant sun, some visitors have found it to be very clean with plenty to do. The lack of people in attendance gave it the feeling of an abandoned amusement park, which some might find appealing. One visitor mentioned that they purchased a ticket that included a lunch buffet, but found the buffet to be a disappointment, with the exception of the made-to-order noodles and green papaya salad and free-flow fountain soda. They found the locker and floating tube rental to be reasonably priced, but had difficulty finding a taxi to take them from downtown Bangkok.
Siam Amazing Park, located a little away from the city of Bangkok, is a large water park with roller coasters. The park is rather old but the facilities are still in clean working condition. It features numerous water features including long steep slides, waves, river flows, and large pools. Several roller coasters provide thrills. Visitors are advised to allow a full day to enjoy all the facilities at a relaxed pace. It's a good alternate rest day from the busy bustling Bangkok downtown, but do allow at least 1 hour traveling time using BTS and connecting taxis.
In conclusion, while Siam Amazing Park may be a bit old and in need of some renovation, many visitors still find it to be very good fun. Tickets can be bought through a tour agent for 650 baht, which includes lunch. Despite its age, there are plenty of good rides and the water park side is nice too. It's a place where families can enjoy a day out without breaking the bank, and where kids can have a great time in the pools and on the slides.
