The trio, who were previously associated with the Silom Thai Cooking School, have brought their passion, warmth, and fun to this smaller, cozier cooking school. They are committed to giving back to the community, pledging to donate a portion of their sales to help local neighborhood children.

The culinary journey at the Siamese Cookery House begins with a tour of the local market. Here, students have the opportunity to buy fresh ingredients and learn about local spices under the guidance of the professional teachers. The market tour is a unique experience, offering a glimpse into the variety of products not seen in other markets. The guides, like Jay, are known for their humor, patience, and culinary skills, making the market tour a delightful experience.

After the market tour, students return to the cooking school to start their hands-on cooking experience. The school offers morning and afternoon classes, each beginning with the market tour.
