About Sirinat National Park

The park, despite its natural beauty, has been a subject of concern for many visitors due to the presence of rubbish and wild dogs. The entrance fee, which seems to be applicable only to non-locals unless they are guests at the Dewa, has raised questions about its utilization. The beach, accessible through a walk amidst the trees, is often found to be home to numerous wild dogs, either sleeping or roaming around. The beach itself, while visually appealing, is marred by the presence of rubbish, including unexpected items, along the line where the beach meets the trees. This has led to suggestions that the authorities should employ someone to clean up the area using the entrance fee collected.

Despite these issues, the park has its own charm. The shaded area behind the beach is a popular spot for locals, especially during the weekends. The shady road running behind the beach is a favorite among runners and joggers. The area is also frequented by people looking for a pleasant spot for a picnic.

However, the park has been criticized for not living up to the standards of a National Park. The presence of rubbish, old boats, and black sewers filled with waste and oil spilling onto the beach has led to strong criticism. The entrance fee of 200 baht, which doesn't even cover 24 hours, has been termed as tourist extortion. Visitors are advised to explore other ways to reach the beach.

On the brighter side, the Sirinat National Park, located next to Nai Yang, offers a beautiful beach and a magical experience of watching turtles come ashore to lay their eggs at night. The park is definitely worth a visit for this unique experience.

The park, located next to the airport, offers a beautiful beach and a restaurant area with lovely beachside restaurants. The entrance fee of 200 TBH, applicable only between 9 am and 4 pm, is considered steep by some, especially if one has to pay it every day to access the beach or pass through the park. However, there is an option to enter from the beach side to avoid the fee.

The beach is quiet and long, making it an excellent spot for jogging early in the morning or just before sunset. It is also perfect for swimming. While there is an entry fee at the north gate, many seem to take a detour via a public road that ends next to the police station to avoid it.

The park, despite being adjacent to developed areas, needs attention when it comes to trash collection. The sand is nice, and the sight of the fishing fleet is cool. Kids will love watching the planes approach for landing. The park is a great place for a long romantic walk. Despite the issues, the park has its own charm and offers a unique experience to its visitors.
