The journey began with a conference held by a group associated with the World Health Organization. The attendees checked in for a five-day stay, during which they experienced the excellent service and professionalism of the staff. The ground floor restaurant served breakfast, while lunches were enjoyed at the pool restaurant. The staff, including Daudi, Mercy, and Rachel, were particularly outstanding. Daudi, the waiter at the pool restaurant, was always smiling and provided excellent service, including a detailed explanation of the buffet menu and timely clearance after each course.

At the ground floor restaurant, Mercy and Rachel were the waitresses. One evening, the group needed to leave early the next morning and asked for an early breakfast at 4:30 am. Rachel suggested a picnic packed breakfast, which was a great idea considering the group's time constraints. The picnic breakfasts were delicious and well-received. The conference rooms and breakout rooms had a good ambiance, although the WiFi network needed some improvement. The rooms on the third floor were well-maintained and clean, although the name of the room attendant was not remembered.

The journey continued with a full-day tour. The atmosphere in the minibus was pleasant, and the day was filled with new discoveries. The group consisted of eight people and the driver, who was friendly and correct. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making the tour even more enjoyable.

A couple on the trip decided to book a private tour instead of a set package. This allowed them to personalize their tour and spend as much or as little time at each location as they wanted. Their driver, Mr. Cham, was prompt and provided relevant information about each location. They had a wonderful day and felt the tour was reasonably priced. They also chose to get their own lunch, which reduced the price. They would certainly use the tour company again.

Another highlight of the trip was a one-day trek. The tour guide, Charlie, was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The trekking landscape was stunning, and the group was allowed to decide where and how they wanted to trek, making the experience very flexible.

However, not all aspects of the trip were perfect. One group booked a tour with So Good Airline Service and Travel to visit the most interesting tourist places around Chiang Rai. While the car driver was professional and allowed enough time for the visits, the lunch included in the price was disappointing. The restaurant offered a small selection of simple and cheap dishes, and the quality was second-rate. The restaurant was also not as clean and decent as most tourist restaurants. This was a clear area for improvement.

Despite this, another group was very pleased with their guide, Samley. They enjoyed the tour and found it to be a perfect bargain to visit the zone. They particularly loved the lunch and would highly recommend the tour. Overall, the journey was filled with memorable experiences, excellent service, and opportunities for learning and discovery.
