Communication with Dev is seamless. He is professional, helpful, and friendly during the consultation process and selection of details for the tailored suit. The suits arrive from Thailand in a little over a week, looking great, feeling like quality fabrics were used, and fitting even better. Dev is a true professional at his craft. He thinks of every little detail and walks you through step by step in picking it out. He has so many choices that it can be overwhelming at times to pick out exactly what you are looking for. Dev knows his stuff and he knows what makes a well-made suit.
Star Tailor House also offers perfect customer service. One customer bought a couple of suits from Star Tailor House back in 2018 that he absolutely loves and still wears consistently. He decided to try to buy one more (plus some shirts) via web order. He chatted with Dev via WhatsApp for probably a week or two and found him to be very helpful and responsive. Dev sent at least 20 or more separate pictures of different fabrics and finished suits to help him pick what he wanted. He even called him to discuss things in more detail. Once he picked out everything, it took no more than 2-3 weeks between the time he placed the final order until the time he was wearing his new suit and shirts. Everything turned out fantastic, as usual.
Star Tailor House makes buying clothes a pleasurable experience, even for those who usually find it a task. They exceed all ideas and expectations. The speed of everything is mind-blowing. It's possible to have something custom made, fit so perfect, and be done in a matter of a day. From the moment customers walk in the door, it is clear that this family wants to develop a long-term relationship providing perfectly fitting clothes. This is the only family many customers will deal with. One group purchased 14 suits and plans to be back for more.
One customer needed a suit for his friend's wedding in the summer. He had planned a trip to Thailand and knew he could get one there. He arrived in Phuket and started searching for tailors. He found Star Tailor House, which was ranked second among Phuket's 15 best tailors. When he got there, he was greeted by Dev, who was really friendly and very talented. He wanted a three-piece suit and for each clothing, Dev recommended a material and pattern based on his price range. Three fittings later, everything was done and it was perfect. He couldn't ask for a better fit or style. He highly recommends going to Star Tailor House.
