From the moment one steps into THANN Sanctuary, all senses are awakened by the unique spa concept through a contemporary design and a wide range of treatments aimed at rediscovering inner physical and mental wellness. All therapists at the sanctuary are certified with extensive knowledge on anatomy, aromatherapy, and massage techniques. THANN Sanctuary stands out from the rest with THANN’s own products, which use precious plant essential oils to help restore a healthy balance and maintain well-being.

However, not all experiences at the sanctuary have been positive. Some visitors have reported dissatisfaction with the deep tissue massage, claiming that the therapists lacked the necessary skills. One visitor even reported feeling compelled to stop the massage halfway due to the discomfort but refrained from doing so out of respect. The same visitor also expressed disappointment with the receptionist who had strongly recommended the deep tissue massage, which was significantly more expensive than the other offerings.
