The journey began with a meticulously planned itinerary, organized by a professional travel agency. The trip was scheduled to take six hours, including transportation, a guide, a driver, and hotel accommodations. The agency's expertise and advice were highly appreciated, making the entire process smooth and efficient.

The trip took place in Thailand in May. The couple who embarked on this journey had organized their trip with the agency, Les Secrets du Siam. The agency's team was exceptional, providing excellent service both before and during the trip. The director of the agency, a Frenchman with a deep passion for Thailand, and his Thai collaborator, who spoke perfect French, were extremely warm, caring, and available throughout the journey. They managed to convey their love for Thailand to the travelers.

The agency had a network across the country, which allowed them to book all the transportation (taxis, planes, trains, boats), suggest great activities, restaurants, and accommodations in the north, central, and southern parts of Thailand. The couple had a dream trip, and everything was perfect. They expressed their deep gratitude to the entire team of Les Secrets du Siam.

This was the fourth trip organized with Les Secrets du Siam for another traveler. The agency was praised for its efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism. The traveler particularly appreciated the human contact, their dedication to satisfying the clients, and the respect they showed towards Thailand. However, not all experiences were positive. One traveler had a disastrous experience, describing it as a real scam. The trip cost €10,765 excluding international flights for two people, for 12 days on-site and 12 nights in a hotel, which amounted to €900 per day. This price included hotels, all taxi transfers, domestic flights, a tour of Bangkok and Ayatthaya, a group safari day trip on Koh Samui island, a group boat trip around the island, and a private boat day trip around Koh Phangan.

There were several issues with the trip, including no one to meet them at the airport in Bangkok for the transfer to the hotel, which was also the case for several other transfers. The hotel in Bangkok was very noisy and uninteresting, and the French-speaking Thai guide was incomprehensible. The hotel on Koh Samui was beautiful but poorly located, and swimming was prohibited due to red flag conditions. The boat excursion was subcontracted to locals who did not hesitate to put passengers' lives in danger given the weather conditions.

Despite the negative experiences, another pair of travelers had a memorable trip. They came to Thailand as a duo, and Les Secrets du Siam managed to create a tailor-made stay that met their expectations. They were fully satisfied and hoped to travel again with this agency. They expressed their gratitude and looked forward to creating more memories with Les Secrets du Siam.
